I think there is too much blue. Maybe desaturate it a bit.

you look like the devil with your two horns
this dev is very dynamic,untill we reach the bottom,the light come from the right,but the lighten object should be centered.
you decided to do a vertical movement,so you got to keep this direction in all the dev.
and i think that the texture shouldn t be on the nose and lips.
but those are details,as a whole it s a good work that we take pleasure to look.
