Opinions well... it takes more than 3 months to learn PhotoShop. I have been doing this for well over 5 years.

I suggest you look around and read tutorials. Figure out what you want to do, and the style you want to do, and then look up relevant tutorials and write-ups.

Your work is a good start, you need to avoid filters in PhotoShop as much as possible, except for utility filters like "blur".

Watch your saturation levels, over saturating with colors/tones can lead to very "flat"/2D art.
